Excellent customer service

I bought my first pair of Freyrs a few months ago. I chose them because they were stylish and polarized. After two months of moderate use, the lenses became defective around the edges. Not sure why but I was pretty disappointed. They were under warranty and I received a new pair at no charge. Excellent customer service. Online warranty and communication was easy.
