TRACKING SHOWS "DELIVERED" BUT I DONT HAVE MY PACKAGE
If your order has been delivered according to tracking we are not liable for it's whereabouts beyond that. We recommend contacting USPS directly to locate your package.
Please allow 24 hours from the time the shipment is marked as delivered for final delivery to occur. USPS can occasionally mark a package delivered before it actually arrives, and can sometimes arrive 1-2 days later.
RETURNS | EXCHANGES
Return Policy:
If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days from a delivery date for a refund or exchange. Typically returns and / or refunds are processed within 7 days of the receipt.
All returned sunglasses must be in complete original packaging, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
- Items returned with any signs of wear will not be processed and will be returned at customer’s expense.
- If the original packaging is missing there will be $20 re-stocking fee.
- Original shipping fee are non refundable.
- If your package is returned to us due to incorrect address, we will withold $5 shipping fee from your total order amount.
- Returns will not be accepted after 14 days from the delivery date.
International Returns:
- Customer is responsible for return shipping fee.
- Original shipping fees are not refundable.
- Must provide return tracking number.

Processing Time:
Once your return is received and inspected by us, we will process the return within 7 business days. Depending on credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
WARRANTY
We offer a 1 year warranty against damages due to defects of the material or hardware.
Warranty does not cover scratches on the lenses or frames, stretching of the frames or accidental damage caused through general use. Scratches on lenses and frames are considered wear-and-tear and are not covered under warranty.
If you believe that you have an issue that is covered under the warranty period, contact us at info@freyrs.com with a description of the issue and pictures of the glasses.
If you purchases FREYRS Sunglasses from a boutique, you must register them for the warranty here. We will not be able to honor any warranty claims without copy of the receipt or proof of purchase.

Adhering to these guidelines is crucial, as issues arising from neglecting them may not be covered under our warranty. Your careful attention will help keep your sunglasses in excellent condition, allowing you to enjoy the sun with style!
- Avoid Extreme Temperatures: Don’t leave your sunglasses in hot places (like a car on a sunny day) or cold environments, as extreme heat or cold can warp the acetate.
- Don’t Use Harsh Chemicals: Avoid cleaning your sunglasses with ammonia-based or abrasive cleaners, as they can damage the lens and frame.
- Never Wipe Dry: Don’t wipe your sunglasses with a dry cloth or tissue, which can scratch the lenses. Always use a microfiber cloth.
- Don’t Sit on Them: Avoid placing your sunglasses on your head or in your back pocket, as sitting or leaning on them can bend or break the frame.
- Refrain from Wearing in Water: Don’t wear acetate sunglasses while swimming or in hot tubs, as prolonged exposure to water can weaken the material.
- Avoid Overexposure to Sunlight: Don’t leave your sunglasses out in direct sunlight for long periods, as this can fade the color and weaken the acetate.
- Don’t Store Improperly: Avoid tossing them into a bag or leaving them loose; always store sunglasses in a protective case when not in use.
- Don’t Use Them as a Headband: Avoid wearing sunglasses pushed up on your head for extended periods, as this can stretch the frame.
- Avoid Sharp Objects: Don’t let your sunglasses come into contact with sharp objects like keys or key chains that could scratch or puncture the lenses or frame.
