RETURNS

Return Policy:
If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days from a delivery date for a refund or exchange. Typically returns and / or refunds are processed within 7 days of  the receipt.
All returned sunglasses must be in complete original packaging, unworn, and in the same condition as received.

• Items returned with any signs of wear will not be processed and will be returned at customer’s expense. 
• If the original packaging is missing there will be $20 re-stocking fee.
• Original shipping fee are non refundable.
• If your package is returned to us due to incorrect address, we will withold $5 shipping fee from your total order amount.
• Returns will not be accepted after 14 days from the delivery date.
• All returns must have tracking numbers. No refunds will be issued if there is no return tracking number available.

International Returns:

• Customer is responsible for return shipping fee.
• Original shipping fees are not refundable.
• Must provide return tracking number.

Processing Time:
Once your return is received and inspected by us, we will process the return within 7 business days. Depending on credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
