Return Policy:
If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange.

All returned items must be unworn, in their original condition, and include the original packaging.

• Items showing any signs of wear will not be accepted and will be returned at the customer's expense.
• Returns must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
• Missing original packaging is subject to a $20 restocking fee.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, a $5 shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.

Processing Time:

Once your return is received and inspected, please allow up to 7 business days for processing. After your refund is issued, it may take an additional 2–10 business days to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

FREYRS prescription glasses are custom-made specifically for you. Because prescription lenses are individually produced according to your prescription and cut specifically for your selected frame, prescription eyewear is not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Please carefully review your frame selection, prescription information, and PD (pupillary distance) before placing your order. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to frame fit or style, change of mind, or incorrectly submitted prescription or PD information.

Prescription or Manufacturing Issues

If you believe your prescription glasses were produced incorrectly or arrived with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

We will review your order and the prescription information submitted at the time of purchase. If we confirm a manufacturing or prescription-production error, we will remake or replace your glasses at no additional cost.

Our standard 14-day return policy above also applies to eligible international orders.

• Customers are responsible for all international return shipping costs.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• A return tracking number is required.
